A typical recipe of summer: peppers harvested at full maturity, lightly heated up in water and vinegar, seasoned with Cilento olives. The ideal preserve for having during all the year seasonal peppers, full of sunshine, in your pantry.

 

Very tasty peppers ready to taste, perfect as a side dish with white and red meats, in salads, on "bruschetta" (baked bread) or to accompany dairy products and fresh cheeses.
